Project: Corporate Culture & Brand Identity Interaction for New Call Center Agents

Overview:
As part of an immersive 10-day onboarding program for new call center agents, this Storyline interaction introduces agents to the company’s corporate culture and brand identity. Positioned in the Day One module, this fun, engaging activity helps agents connect with the company’s values, mission, and personality, setting a strong foundation for brand-aligned interactions with customers.

Project Objectives:
This interactive experience was designed to foster early alignment with the company’s culture and values, enabling agents to represent the brand confidently from day one. Through a mix of informative content and playful activities, agents gain insights into what makes the company unique and how they can embody its principles in their roles.

My Role & Approach:
I developed this Storyline activity to be a lively, memorable part of the onboarding experience. This approach was particularly well-suited to the Day One module, establishing an immediate sense of connection and pride in the company’s identity. As part of a comprehensive training program, the activity complements both leader-led sessions and other self-paced modules.
